How to use the App?


Hey Team! 

I ask new members this question: what do you need to make the most of the App? Recently I got the response: Use it. 

We created the 20 Minute Miracles App to put practices in your back pocket. The bite-sized time makes consistency a possibility. And the single click access makes it easier to use resources.

Aaaaannnnnnnndddd... per usual... I put a lot in the App. Which can create some where-do-I-start-stumbling. 

Here are 3 strategies to begin using the App TODAY (whether you have a free or paid membership): 

#1: Find a practice that you love and do it. Over and over and over again. There is tremendous value in "set sequences". The Sample of 20 Minute Miracles includes tried and true favorites. 

#2: Listen to an Office Hours while driving or on a walk. Here's one of my faves: Asana Strong: Maintaining Muscle

#3: Check out the Monday Memo where I post weekly practice recommendations. Even if you don't have a subscription, this will give you ideas and inspiration. 

In the New Year, we're going to release more course-like offerings in the App, currently there is Reclaim Joy (for self-generating peace and presence during busy seasons). Coming soon will be Curated Collections (playlists of practices) and Asana Strong (resistance training and movement science meets yoga asana). Stay Tuned.
