how to train your family?

Reclaim Joy

Want to train your family? Become the heaviest grandfather clock in the room.

Let me explain.

There is a phenomena called “entrainment”. It’s a law of physics and human dynamics. It was discovered with grandfather clocks. When pendulums were set with different rhythms, they would eventually sync with the heaviest clock in the room.

Interesting to note that guru is often translated as “weighty one”. And you spend time with a guru for shaktipat. To sync with their way of being.

What if you could be the weighty one for your friends and family? That your rhythms and intentions could set the pace and tone?

If you’re reading this chances are you’re conscientious. A double edge sword because what makes you sensitive and aware also makes it easy to get overwhelmed, spun out, or sucked into other people’s stuff.

To help you become the weighty one, Erika Belanger, Antonika Chanel and I put together a bundle of practices for you. Designed to move you from scattered and overwhelmed to peaceful and present. It's called Reclaim Joy.

The holidays are always a lot. Which means a lot of opportunity to practice. And if you want this season to be different, you have to do something different. These practices are for that.

The bundle is a great gift to give yourself. Or you can send to someone else.

May you be the weighty one,

Alison
